Dr. Elen Tolentino received her degree in Dentistry from the State University of Maringá (UEM). She is Master and Doctor in Stomatology/Oral Medicine (MSc, PhD - Bauru Dentistry School-FOB/USP) and did a post-doctorate at Bauru Dentistry School (FOB/USP). She is specialist in Stomatology/Oral Medicine and in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. Dr. Tolentino develops teaching, research and extension activities in the Dentistry undergraduate course (UEM) and is a permanent member of the Graduate Program in Dentistry (PGO - UEM). She is also professor of the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Health (UEM), in the Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology field.

Dr. Tolentino has published more than 70 papers in national and international journals, with contributions in many fields, such as halitosis, salivary glands, oral and maxillofacial pathologies and cone beam computed tomography.
